On January 11, 2011, members of the Texas Legislature convened in Austin to begin the 82nd Legislative Session. Over 60 anti-immigrant bills have been filed, and more are expected. Immigrant communities and allies will work toward educating legislators that these proposals are bad for our families, our businesses and our security. Texas Can Do Better.
